  • Complete the initial questionnaire online
  • Complete a 45- to 55-minute interview with one of our professional evaluators via phone or online video call
  • Forward any supporting documents (such as any forms required by the court or your school) to your evaluator
  • Receive your report by email to review and approve before forwarding or releasing to authorities (typically within five business days—rush service available)
