Steps to Request a Drug or Alcohol Evaluation
- Register for a secure account online, call us at 1-800-671-8589, or register at one of our Austin-area kiosk locations
- Complete the initial questionnaire online
- Complete a 45- to 55-minute interview with one of our professional evaluators via phone or online video call
- Forward any supporting documents (such as drug test results) to your evaluator
- Receive your report by email to review and approve before forwarding or releasing to authorities (typically within five business days—rush service available)
*Note: While reviewing your case, we may determine that completing a drug test with a lab may help you. You can find walk-in services near you if this is the case.
